The Directory of Missouri Early Childhood Certificate and Degree Programs is a comprehensive listing of the two and four year colleges and universities that offer degrees in early childhood education. The Directory is intended to be used as a resource in finding information about the higher education opportunities across Missouri in regards to early care and education. Information is provided on the degree programs offered, how to contact different departments and satellite campuses. Schools are listed by two and four year programs in a specific area of the state.

In 2005, the T.E.A.C.H. MISSOURI Scholarship took over the role of updating and disseminating the Directory of Missouri Early Childhood Certificate and Degree Programs. This directory represents a “snapshot” of programs as of the most recent update, October 2007. Updates are conducted on a two year cycle. Changes in the programs listed here may occur at any time so please check with each college or university for current contacts and information.
T.E.A.C.H. MISSOURI would like to thank the Missouri Head Start Association and the Missouri Head Start State Collaboration Office for developing and funding the first Directory of Missouri Early Childhood Certificate and Degree Programs in 2003. Their initial interest and support of the project made the Directory a reality in Missouri.
